croquecamille: Oh, I’m envious! Would so love to tour their factory. I actually did go to Seattle the last time I was in the States, and really liked the city, but it was before I got seriously into chocolate so I didn’t even know about Theo. Lost opportunity, sigh.

Visited the Theo factory in Seattle last summer – my favorite thing was the ganaches made with scotch. They had four different kinds, and all were distinctly different. Very neat, and worth checking out if you can find them.

Oh, I do wish I liked the flavour of orange in chocolate! I seem to be missing out on some lovely chocolates because of that little glitch in my tastebuds…

I completely understand that! I remember taking about a dozen action shots while unwrapping a Mont Blanc in Japan, as it come from the department store underneath Kyoto station and was packaged like a piece of jewellery from a high end store. More delicious than jewellery, though

Kat: It was dangerously delicious! And thanks for stopping by mine too – I’ve loved looking at yours ever since I visited my brother in Japan a few years ago and fell in love with the food!

Lorraine: Don’t give me ideas! My suitcase is barely larger than a carry-on; I don’t think I can afford the space required to keep chocolate wrappings well-preserved and pristine! But they certainly are gorgeous, and not all of cats either!
